Shipping Policy
Delivery of SmartPen's product to our valued domestic customers will take 3–4 working days with the help of partnerships with Malaysia's leading courier chains: Lalamove & DHL Express. The customer will receive a detailed tracking link as soon as the shipment is packed to help them track the progress of their order's delivery.

International shipping is currently not possible with us.

Return & Exchange Policy
Once the pen has been dispatched from our store, SmartPen is not responsible for any damages. Within 7 days following purchase, we do provide full returns to the original payment method or product exchanges; however, this is only valid for SmartPen's microphone issues. This only applies to items purchased from our online store.
The original receipt is required to complete the refund process.
